Who We Are
Patina & Prospect is a family-run operation — not a management company, not a VC-backed platform. We own these properties, renovated them ourselves, and we're the ones who answer the phone.
We focus on architecturally interesting buildings in neighborhoods that are genuinely worth living in: walkable, full of independent restaurants and coffee shops, close to parks and open space. We renovate to honor the original era of the building while adding modern quality — not the kind of "modern" that means white walls and stainless steel from Home Depot.
Our tenants are professionals, consultants, medical workers, and people relocating to San Diego who want a home for a few months — not a hotel stay and not the hassle of a 12-month lease.

We're building a small, owned portfolio of furnished rentals in San Diego — and we're open to partnering with private investors who want direct exposure to well-run, design-forward residential real estate.
